Ingredients
1can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 cuppeaches, sliced
1 canmandarin oranges, drained
2medium bananas, sliced
1medium apple, cored and chopped
1 1/2 cupmilk
1/3 cupfrozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cupsour cream
1 smallpkg instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
In large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk until well combined. Stir in orange juice concentrate, then sour cream. Refrigerate for 2 min. for flavors to coat. Add fruit and toss gently to combine. Other fruit can also be used! Spoon over fresh fruit in season.
