GUACAMOLE DIP

Ingredients

ripe Haas avocados
juice of 1
lime
1/2 cup
red onion
, diced

medium tomato
, diced
1
garlic clove
, minced

jalapeno pepper
, seeded, finely diced
1/2 cup
cilantro
, chopped
1/2 tsp.
ground cumin
1 tsp.
salt
1/2 tsp.
pepper
Instructions
Slice avocados in half; remove pits. Scoop out flesh and place in medium bowl. Pour lime juice over avocados and roughly mash. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
