Ingredients
1/2 cupheavy whipping cream
5 cupswater
15 oz.symphony chocolate bar
Instructions
Break chocolate into pieces. Melt chocolate and water on med and bring to barely simmer. Add whipping cream. Pour into cups and top with additional whipped cream or whipped cream in a can, or caramel sauce. Drizzle caramel on top.
