Puff Pastry Appetizer

Ingredients
1 boxfrozen puff pastry, thawed
8 oz.goat cheese
fresh basil, chopped
1 pintcherry tomatoes
Instructions
Cut puff pastry (any cookie cutter) on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place from half, cut side up, onto pastry. Sprinkle with index finger or spoon goat cheese in center of each tomato. Bake at 350° until pastry is golden. Serve immediately.
Note: My oven has a Convection Pastry setting. This makes them come out small for 15 minutes. Note: puff high.
