1gold pepper, finely diced
2Roma tomatoes, finely diced
1bunch cilantro
1green onion, minced
3 tablespoonsrice vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Serve with my sour cream, and avocados if you can't mess it up! ...YUMMY!!!
Note: mix the salsa in my food processor...just pulse it, you can't mess it
