Sunny Caribbean Black Bean and Mango Dip

Ingredients
1 tspCumin
1 cupchopped Cilantro
1 cupdiced Tomato
1can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 cupTortilla Chips, chopped
1 -8 oz packageCream Cheese, softened
1/2 cupSour Cream
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspChili Powder
1/2 tspCrushed Red Pepper
1/2 tspGarlic Powder
Instructions
Mix first 9 ingredients and spread on 11-inch glass plate. Sprinkle top with black beans and mango. Chill overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. Just before serving sprinkle the top. I warn you this recipe is always gone in 10 minutes.
