Tropical Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
2 CansDole Tropical Fruit Cocktail (Drain and save the juice)
2Green onions
1-2 C.fresh strawberries, peaches or mangos
Juice of 2 limes
1/2 C.chopped cilantro
1-2jalapeño seeded and finely chopped according to taste
Instructions
Put jalapeño, cilantro and green onion in food processor until large chunks. Add the tropical fruit cocktail & pulse till it's chunky. Then process the fresh fruit in the food processor. If fruit isn't real sweet, add a sprinkle of sugar. Pulse until the fruit is in large pieces. Add this to the salsa mixture. This is great served with regular chips. It also taste great with blue or black chips.
