Autumn Pear Salad

Ingredients
1/2
head green leaf lettuce, washed and torn
1/2
head red leaf lettuce, washed and torn
2 - 4
ripe pears, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
2 oz.
Asiago cheese, shaved with vegetable peeler
1/2 cup
cashews
Poppy seed dressing
Instructions
Combine greens and cashews. Top with pears, cheese. Drizzle with desired amount of poppy seed dressing.
