MOM'S VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients
1-2 poundsstew meat
2 T. oiloil
1(14.5-ounce) can tomatoes, or 16 oz tomato sauce (diced, chunks, whole)
2medium onions, diced
3-4medium potatoes, peeled and diced
3 cupsbeef broth
1 tspsalt
1 1/2 tsppepper
1(10 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
Instructions
Cook meat and onions in oil in bottom of soup pot. Cook over medium heat until meat is tender. Add frozen vegetables, potatoes are tender. Add all ingredients except green beans, cook 10-15 minutes or until green beans are tender. For best flavor, let soup sit a few minutes before serving.
