ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD

Serves: Makes a large serving
Ingredients
1 large baggreen salad mix
1 bagbroccoli slaw (1 lb.)
1cup oil (optional)
6turkey breasts or chicken noodles (1 lb.)
2 packagesramen noodles (1 lb.)
1bag coleslaw
1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
4 Tbsp.vinegar
1 Tbsp.sugar
8 Tbsp.won ton skins
1/2 tsp.pepper
2 oz.slivered almonds
Instructions
Fry won tons in frying pan, at a time, until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Season with sugar and pepper to taste. Cool. Combine salad mix, coleslaw, noodles, and almonds. Add cooked chicken, basil and pan seasoning. Mix well. Toss with vinegar before serving. Just before serving, crumbled won tons on top.
