WHITE CHICKEN CHILI

Ingredients
1-2 poundschicken breasts, cooked and cut up
3 cansGreat Northern beans
1 can (10 ounce)Rotel tomatoes
1 Tbsp.oil
1chopped onion
1 tsp.dried oregano
12 ouncessour cream
1/2 tsp.salt
3 clovesgarlic, minced
2 tsp.cumin
2 tsp.cayenne pepper
14 can ouncechicken broth
1 cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese
chiles, (or in a crock pot add 1 hour before serving, low heat) stir and cook until cheese is blended.
Instructions
Sauté onion, garlic. Add tomatoes, beans, chicken broth, spices and cooked chicken. Cook on low several hours. Just before serving, stir in sour cream and cheese until blended. Add chiles, or in a crock pot add 1 hour before serving, low heat) stir and cook until cheese is blended.
