Sunny Caribbean Black Bean and Mango Dip

Ingredients
1 tsp
Cumin
1 cup
chopped Cilantro
1 cup
diced Tomato
1
can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup
Tortilla Chips, chopped
1 -8 oz package
Cream Cheese
, softened
1/2 cup
Sour Cream
1/2 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Chili Powder
1/2 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder
Instructions
Mix first 9 ingredients and spread on 11-inch glass plate. Sprinkle top with black beans and mango. Chill overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. Just before serving sprinkle the top. I warn you this recipe is always gone in 10 minutes.
