Sweet Baked Brie

Ingredients
20 ozwheel of Brie
1/2 cchopped pecans
1/4 capricot jam
1/4 cbrown sugar
1/4 choney
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Slice off the top of the Brie, leaving about an inch of the rind. Save the removed top for the bottom. Whisk together jam, brown sugar, and honey. With a knife or spoon, dig a wide hole on half and half inch deep on the top. Fill with the mixture, then place the removed cheese on the side. Cover loosely with foil and bake in the baking dish with everything on top. Remove the foil until cheese starts melting (20 min.). Remove foil and bake with pecans so a few minutes more. Serve with crackers.
