Southwestern Sauce, Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

1/2 cupmayonnaise

1 teaspoonwhite vinegar

1 teaspoonsugar

3/4 teaspoonchili powder

1/4 teaspoongarlic powder

1/4 teaspooncayenne pepper

dash of salt

1 mediumtomato

1 tablespoononion, minced

1/4 teaspooncilantro, minced

1/2 teaspoonlime juice

1/4 teaspoonsmall fresh jalapeño

dash of salt

ground black pepper

Instructions

Prepare southwestern sauce by combining all ingredients (mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, dash of salt) in a small bowl. Cover and chill. Prepare tomato salsa by combining all ingredients (diced tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, salt, and black pepper) in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
