Baked Cheese with Sundried Tomatoes

Cook: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 (8 oz)log of goat cheese
1 (4 oz)jar sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped
1/2 tspgarlic, chopped
1/2 cupfresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
Oil a small baking dish. Place log of cheese in dish and bake for 20 minutes at 400°. Mix sundried tomatoes, garlic and basil. Top cheese with mixture and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
