Apple, Dried Cherry and Walnut Salad

Serves: 6 servings - Prep: 8 minutes
Ingredients
1 lb.
Lettuce
, Bed Leaf or Green
2
Granny Smith Apples
, cored, peeled, cut into small strips
1/2 c.
Walnuts
, toasted
1/2 c.
dried cranberries or cherries
, chopped
3
T.
1/4 c.
Mayonnaise
1/4 c.
Maple Syrup
1/2 c.
Vegetable Oil
2 tsp.
Sugar
Instructions
Can use a bag of mixed baby greens. Cut oven degree to 350. Toast walnuts in 350 for 6-8 minutes. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, maple syrup, sugar and oil in medium bowl slightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use. Cover and refrigerate for this salad.
Note:
The dressing makes a tasty and very creamy salad. Makes 6 servings.
