ASIAN STYLE PASTA SALAD

Ingredients

medium cucumbers
, peeled
1
medium yellow summer squash (or zucchini)
, jullenned
3 - 4
carrots
, peeled and chopped finely
1
red bell pepper
, jullenned
10 - 12 ounces
pasta
2 cups
chopped cilantro
Asian style sesame dressing
sugar snap pea pods
teriyaki chicken
toasted sesame seeds
1/2
green onions
, chopped
1/2
sweet onion
, chopped
half sesame seeds
Instructions
Cook pasta until tender-firm; rinse with cold water. Toss all the vegetables together with sugar snap pea pods and toasted sesame seeds. Toss with Asian style sesame dressing. You can also add grilled teriyaki chicken. The easiest way to julienne all the vegetables is to use a mandolin, don't own one! If you are getting gretting sesame dressing from the East Sesame dressing is getting one! I get it at Costco.
