Instructions
Cook rice in water and chicken bouillon cubes. When done add 1/3 of lime juice and mix well. Then add oil, 1/2 tsp dried onion (I prefer to use fresh) and a bunch fresh chopped cilantro (Cilantro can be added with the juice) to serve. When done serve in their salads and burritos.
Note: This is like the rice Rio Cafe Rio serves. I love it.
