Fresh Summer Salsa

Serves: 4 cups - Prep: 25 minutes
Ingredients
4medium tomatoes, chopped
1medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
1medium mango, peeled and chopped
3/4 cupfresh or frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cupminced fresh cilantro
1/2 cupcanned black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cupred onion, chopped
1jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
3 Tbsplime juice
1 Tbspolive oil
2garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tspsalt
Baked tortilla chip scoops, for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except tortilla chips. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
