Ingredients
1/2 cupbutter, softened
1 cupsugar
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
1/4 tspnutmeg
dash salt
1/2 cupsour cream
1egg
2 tspfinely shredded orange peel
1/2 tspvanilla
2 2/3 cupflour
Instructions
1. Beat butter with mixer 30 sec. Beat in sugar, baking powder, soda, nutmeg, and salt. Beat in sour cream, egg, orange peel, and vanilla. Stir in flour. Divide dough; chill 1-2 hours. 2. Roll dough to 1/8-inch. Cut with 3-inch round cutter. Spoon 1/2 tsp cranberry filling onto center. Fold in half; seal edges with fork. 3. Bake 375° for 7-8 min until lightly browned. Cool; drizzle with Cranberry-apple Glaze and Powdered Sugar Icing.
