Ingredients
8 cupscabbage, finely chopped
1/4 cupmayonnaise
1/2 cupbuttermilk
2 Tbsp.white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp.lemon juice
1/8 tsp.pepper
1 headcarrot, shredded
2 Tbsp.sugar
1/2 tsp.salt
1/4 cuponion, minced
Instructions
1. Be sure the size of cabbage and carrots are about the size of rice. 2. Combine the lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, onion, and mix well. 3. Add the cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, butter/milk, and beat until smooth. 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
