White Chili

Ingredients
4 cansGreat Northern Beans, (not drained)
3 cupschicken broth
1 cupchicken bullion
2 cansgreen chilies
1 TBSgarlic
4 cupscooked chicken
1 TBScumin
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
2medium onions, chopped
4 cupsfrozen corn, drained
2 cupsgrated jack cheese
2 cupsjack cheese
32 oz.sour cream
Instructions
Sauté onions and cumin in olive oil. Add sour cream, reserving some cheese for garnish. Simmer 20 minutes. Do not boil. Add remaining ingredients except sour cheese and heat through. I usually have A LOT! This makes A LOT! I use 2 cups pepper before cooking it. Note: I season my chicken with salt, garlic and chili powder before cooking. If the recipe half the ingredients.
