Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 lbspotatoes, chopped and peeled
6 ozsoftened cream cheese
1/4 cbutter
1 tspsalt
1 csour cream
2 tsponion salt
1/4 tsppepper
Instructions
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and beat until light and fluffy. Add other ingredients and place in greased casserole or crock pot. Store covered with butter dot in fridge until ready to bake at 350° for 2 weeks. The day...easy as yummmy.
