Serves
8 hot dogs
Ingredients
1 cupwhole wheat flour
1 tsp.baking powder
1/8 cupsugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupcornmeal
1/8 tsp.salt
Instructions
Mix together the batter ingredients. Dip hot dogs and fry in oil at 375° until brown. Cook 12 and dry them.
